For each booking, we charge private customers a booking and matching fee of €3.90 (incl. VAT) ; for series appointments, this fee is only due on the first appointment.

Execution, payment and invoicing

Our helpers will carry out your task according to your wishes. You only pay after the task is completed, based on the actual time spent on the job .
You can find all invoices at any time in your customer account under the "Documents" tab.

Tax advantage

With your invoices and thanks to electronic payment, you can deduct up to 20% of your expenses at the end of the year, and even up to 80% of your expenses for childcare from your taxes.
Your total tax liability will therefore be automatically reduced by this amount.
