That depends on the service in question. In the case of cleaning services, customers usually provide all the cleaning supplies. This means that helpers can work according to your preferences and, for example, use sustainable cleaning products or avoid cleaning products that you are allergic to. Feel free to contact us if you need appropriate recommendations. For more complex services, however, such as those handled by handymen and certified carpenters, you should discuss the necessary tools with your helper before each job. Clarify together what you have on site and what your helper should bring. If something is missing, our helpers will be happy to assist you with the procurement - you can book the effort via the online booking.

We personally select all our helpers. Before we activate their profiles on our platform, we check their identity, verify their talents and their business registration or tax number. Where necessary, we provide support with the registration process. As registered self-employed people, we then place our helpers in your neighborhood.
This means that they do not work for us and that all service contracts are concluded directly between you as a customer and our helping hands. The Helferei acts purely as an intermediary. This means that our helping hands are themselves responsible for complying with the relevant safety and insurance precautions for assignments. For particularly complex assignments, e.g. in the skilled trades, we always recommend checking with the respective helper whether the relevant insurance cover is in place.

There are two options here:
1/An agreement between you and the helper: Either you agree directly with the helper on improvements immediately after completion of the assignment. A possible and fair adjustment of the invoice amount for both sides can be part of this agreement. You would only have to communicate this to the Helferei .
2/Mediation of a fair solution by the Helferei: If this does not work, you can contact the Helferei at any time by phone or email. We support both sides in finding a fair solution. Please contact our customer service: support@die-helferei.de
A small but important tip: We can only emphasize how important communication between you and your helper is before the job starts. Don't be afraid to discuss all relevant details and open questions in advance - there's no such thing as a stupid question! Experience has shown that this is very beneficial for everyone's satisfaction. At the very latest, you should clarify any discrepancies or misunderstandings before invoicing.
