It is important that you clearly communicate your expectations and any special requirements (e.g., use of a telescopic pole, preference for certain cleaning products, gentle handling such as not pressing too hard) in the comments field when booking or at the latest at the first appointment. Our helpers can refuse jobs they deem too dangerous. If, for example, working at heights or on exterior surfaces and facades poses a particular challenge, you should consider booking a professional window cleaning service. Your estimated final price will be displayed transparently during the online booking process. It increases or decreases depending on the number of hours you select. In addition, there is a one-off booking and matching fee of €3.90 (incl. VAT). This fee is charged once after the first order for one-off and regular bookings.
That's absolutely no problem – the invoice is always based on the actual duration of the order . So you don't have to worry about paying for something you didn't receive.

We are committed to offering our clients and helpers a high-quality service at fair prices. Furthermore, local sourcing and proximity are important criteria for all our services. Whenever possible, we will connect you with helpers who live as close to you as possible.
However, distances in Berlin and Munich can sometimes be considerable, and you won't be charged for the volunteers' travel. Therefore, we believe it's fair to allow volunteers at least 1.5 hours to travel to the event.
This allows us to guarantee a high-quality service!
You will receive an invoice for all jobs, which allows you to deduct up to 20 percent of your expenses for skilled trades services from your taxes at the end of the year. You will find the invoice in your profile under the "Documents" tab 24 hours after your job is completed. It serves as proof of service that you can submit with your tax return. This will reduce your tax liability by this amount.
We advise all customers to take advantage of this option in order to receive a partial refund at the end of the year.
We generally select all our helpers personally.
Firstly, we focus on the individual : Before activating a profile on our platform, we verify not only the helpers' identity but also their talents and experience. Especially in the area of domestic help, we inquire about relevant prior experience. This allows us to confidently match our helpers with our clients at all times. For example, if someone doesn't upload their proof of identity, they won't appear in our pool of service providers and therefore cannot be booked.
Secondly, we check the administrative side: We ensure that we record all important data on the tax situation (e.g. craft license) and insurance status. If important information is missing, we will either help you to obtain it. If this is not possible and cooperation by legal means is therefore not possible, we refrain from working with the person in question.
