As a matter of principle, we select all our helpers personally.
On the one hand, we look at the individual person: Before we activate a profile on our platform, we not only check the identity of the helpers, but also their talents and experience. Especially in the area of domestic help, we ask for relevant previous experience. This allows us to match our helpers with our customers at any time with a clear conscience. For example, if someone does not upload their own proof of identity, this person will not appear in our pool of service providers and therefore cannot be booked.
Secondly, we check the administrative side: We ensure that we record all important data on the tax situation (e.g. craft license) and insurance status. If important information is missing, we will either help you to obtain it. If this is not possible and cooperation by legal means is therefore not possible, we refrain from working with the person in question.
You will receive an invoice for all jobs, which you can use to deduct up to 20 percent of your expenses for craft services from your taxes at the end of the year. You can find the invoice 24 hours after completing your job in your profile under the "Documents" tab. It serves as a receipt that you can submit with your tax return. This will reduce your tax liability by this amount.
We advise all customers to make use of this option in order to receive a portion of their expenses back at the end of the year.
It is important to us to offer our customers and helpers a high-quality service at fair conditions. In addition, the local aspect and proximity are important criteria for all our services. As far as possible, we will provide you with helpers who live as close to you as possible.
Nevertheless, the distances in Berlin and Munich are sometimes long and you will not be charged for the helpers' journeys. That's why we think it's fair to let the helpers travel for at least 1.5 hours.
This way we can guarantee a high-quality service!
That's no problem at all - the invoice is always based on the actual duration of the order. So you don't have to worry about paying for something you haven't received.
However, your cooperation is very important for this:
The invoice is only generated automatically after 24 hours, thereby triggering payment.
In each service category, the price depends on the respective service and also varies per city. You will soon find a complete price list for Berlin and Munich on our homepage.
However, your estimated final price is displayed transparently in the online booking process. It increases or decreases with the number of hours you select. Just look in the top right-hand corner of your browser. In any case, you only pay after the order has been completed and according to the actual duration of the order.
In addition, there is a one-off booking and matching fee of €3.90 (incl. VAT). This fee is charged once after the first order for one-off and regular bookings.
Our helpers can turn down jobs that they consider too dangerous. If, for example, heights or work outside and on facades present a particular challenge, you should consider booking a professional window cleaning service. Our helpers do not have any protective equipment such as scaffolding, safety harnesses or hooks.
There are numerous companies that specialize in window cleaning - you would be better off there in such a case.
We clean windows inside and out - including glass surfaces, frames and window sills. Our helpers have also cleaned skylights, glass doors, balcony doors, conservatories and large shop windows.
It is important that you clearly communicate your expectations and any special requirements (e.g. use of a telescopic pole, preference for certain cleaning agents, gentle approach such as not pressing too hard) when booking in the information field or at the latest at the first appointment. The domestic helpers will work according to your wishes and ideas.
