Whether after surgery , during pregnancy , in a rehabilitation phase , or in the case of an acute illness – in many cases, health insurance companies contribute to the costs of domestic help, cleaning services, childcare, or other household support within one's own home . The goal of health insurance companies is to enable affected individuals to continue managing their households despite temporary limitations.
The Helferei now makes organizing this service particularly easy: digital, transparent and legally compliant.
Inquire with your health insurance provider about domestic help according to § 38 para. 1 SGB V and provide our official institution code (IK) . This allows us to bill your health insurance provider directly. It also helps the health insurance provider to clearly identify the service. Helferei .

You can conveniently book your housekeeper , cleaner , or cleaning service online via your personal link. Our system handles all the processing and invoicing according to your reimbursement agreement.
The Helferei is a non-contracted organization with its own institutional identification number (IK) . This means that we are generally authorized to provide services that can be recognized and reimbursed by health insurance companies . However, the final decision regarding cost coverage always rests with your health insurance provider .
In all cases so far, the reimbursement has been approved . This is especially true since many customers have already specified their preferred cleaning help.
