Good news for everyone who needs relief in everyday life: Insured persons who are entitled to domestic help or a cleaner through their health insurance company can now request this service directly from Helferei in Berlin, Munich, Leipzig and Cologne!
Whether after an operation, during pregnancy, during a rehabilitation phase or in the event of an acute illness - in many cases, the health insurance company contributes to the costs of a home help, cleaner or household support. With the Helferei makes organizing this help particularly easy: digital, transparent and legally compliant.
Ask your health insurance provider for domestic help in accordance with Section 38 (1) of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V), and indicate that you would like to receive the service via Helferei . Our official institution code (IK) will help your health insurance provider to clearly identify us.
As soon as you receive the reimbursement letter from your health insurance company, please send it to us at 📩 support@die-helferei.de — we will create your individual booking link for digital appointment scheduling — in accordance with your individual reimbursement agreement, of course.
You can conveniently book your domestic help, cleaner, or cleaning staff online using your personal link. Our system handles the entire process and invoicing in accordance with your reimbursement agreement.
The Helferei is a non-contractual organization with its own institutional code (IK). This means that we are allowed to provide services that are recognized and reimbursed by health insurance companies —however, the final decision on whether to cover the costs always lies with your health insurance company.
