We work with qualified partner companies and subcontractors for jobs that need to be carried out professionally, such as laying floors and tiles, or painting and electrical work.
In some cases, e.g. standard jobs such as connecting a stove/oven or certain painting work, they can estimate the price in advance. As a rule, however, they will first come to you for a free inspection. You will then receive an offer for a lump sum, including all the details of its composition. If you accept this, the order will be placed.
We try to estimate the final amount as accurately as possible in the quotation. However, we ask for your understanding that it is sometimes not possible to predict all details precisely in the trade. There were also invoices that deviated from the amount quoted. Transparent communication directly with the tradesman before invoicing is the be-all and end-all here.
