Your estimated final price will be displayed transparently during the online booking process. It increases or decreases depending on the number of hours you select. Look in the upper right corner of your browser for this information. You only pay after the order is completed and according to the actual order duration .
In addition, there is a one-off booking and matching fee of €3.90 (incl. VAT). This fee is charged once after the first order for one-off and regular bookings.
You will receive an invoice for all orders, which you can use to deduct up to 20% of your expenses for handymen services from your taxes at the end of the year. The invoice serves as a receipt that you can submit with your tax return. This reduces your tax liability by this amount.

That's absolutely no problem – the invoice is always based on the actual duration of the order . So you don't have to worry about paying for something you didn't receive.

To ensure your helper can provide the most targeted support, please use the information field: describe your request as precisely as possible when booking – for example, specify the device type or operating system in question. If you have important installation instructions or other documents, you can also attach them.
This can certainly happen. In some cases, a problem unfortunately cannot be completely resolved immediately – for example, if there is a technical defect or if spare parts are needed.
Should this happen to you, we won't leave you in the lurch: Your helper will explain the possible causes and often suggest alternative solutions. This could include a repair suggestion, a new purchase, or a referral to other suitable service providers.
Afterwards, you'll at least have a clear assessment of the situation and know what your next step can be. The helpers should still receive their wages, however, in all fairness.

If important information is missing, we will either help you to obtain it. If this is not possible and cooperation by legal means is therefore not possible, we refrain from working with the person in question.
