Some issues can simply be solved better in person. To do this, you can choose "at my home" and we will assign you qualified helpers from nearby. IT help is available from €26.00 per person per hour, including VAT. Billing is by the hour, then every 30 minutes. In addition, there is a one-off booking and agency fee of €3.90 incl. VAT.
You will receive an invoice for all orders, which you can use to deduct up to 20% of your expenses for handymen services from your taxes at the end of the year. The invoice serves as a receipt that you can submit with your tax return. This reduces your tax liability by this amount.

That's no problem at all - the invoice is always based on the actual duration of the order. So you don't have to worry about paying for something you haven't received.

The invoice is only generated automatically after 24 hours, thereby triggering payment.
So that your helper can provide you with the most targeted support possible, please use the note field: when booking, please describe your request as precisely as possible - for example, state the device type or operating system in question. If you have important installation instructions or other documents, you can also send these as an attachment.
This can certainly happen. Unfortunately, in some cases a problem cannot be completely resolved immediately - for example, if there is a technical defect or spare parts are required.
If this happens to you, we won't leave you out in the cold: Your helper will explain what the problem may be and often point out possible alternative solutions. This could be a suggestion for a repair, a new purchase or a reference to other suitable service providers.
At least you will then have a clear assessment of the situation and know what your next step can be. The helpers should still be paid fairly.

On the one hand, we look at the individual person: Before we activate a profile on our platform, we not only check the identity of the helpers, but also their talents and experience. For example, if someone does not upload their own proof of identity, this person will not appear in our pool of service providers and therefore cannot be booked.
Secondly, we check the administrative side: We ensure that we record all important data on the tax situation (e.g. craft license) and insurance status. If important information is missing, we will either help you to obtain it. If this is not possible and cooperation by legal means is therefore not possible, we refrain from working with the person in question.
