Our carrying aids support you with the following tasks:
The costs depend on the scope of the work and are invoiced on the basis of the actual duration of the job. Prices start at €25.50 (incl. VAT) per person for the first hour of work. After the first hour, billing takes place every 15 minutes.
In addition, there is a one-off booking and agency fee of € 3.90 (incl. VAT).
The transportation costs always depend on the duration, the route and other conditions on the route. Therefore, we cannot predict them exactly. They usually start at around €25.00 (incl. VAT) for shorter distances and orders within Berlin or Munich.
You will also receive an invoice for transportation, which in many cases allows you to deduct up to 20 percent of the costs from your tax bill. This reduces your tax liability at the end of the year.
That's no problem at all - the invoice is always based on the actual duration of the order. So you don't have to worry about paying for something you haven't received.
However, your cooperation is very important for this:
The invoice is only generated automatically after 24 hours, thereby triggering payment.
The easiest way to book is online via the website. There you indicate how long your job is likely to take and how many helpers are required. You can also support the helpers by providing information in the notes field about exactly which furniture or items they should carry and from where to where the transport should take place.

We personally select all our helpers. Before we activate their profiles on our platform, we check their identity, verify their talents and their business registration or tax number. Where necessary, we provide support with the registration process.
As registered self-employed persons, we then place our helpers in your neighborhood.
This means that they do not work for us and that all service contracts are concluded directly between you as a customer and our helping hands. Helferei acts purely as an intermediary. This means that our helping hands are themselves responsible for complying with the relevant safety and insurance precautions for assignments. For particularly complex jobs or very valuable items, we recommend checking with the respective helping hand whether the relevant insurance cover is in place.

We have already worked with health insurance companies on an individual basis for customers. However, Helferei does not yet have a comprehensive reimbursement agreement with a statutory health insurance provider.
Just ask us if we can support you in your individual case via your health insurance!
As a matter of principle, we select all our helpers personally.
On the one hand, we look at the individual person: Before we activate a profile on our platform, we not only check the identity of the volunteer, but also their talents and experience. This allows us to match our helpers with our customers at any time with a clear conscience. For example, if someone does not upload their own proof of identity, this person will not appear in our pool of service providers and therefore cannot be booked.
Secondly, we check the administrative side: We ensure that we record all important data on the tax situation (e.g. craft license) and insurance status. If important information is missing, we will either help you to obtain it. If this is not possible and cooperation by legal means is therefore not possible, we refrain from working with the person in question.
