Your estimated final price will be displayed transparently during the online booking process. It increases or decreases depending on the number of hours you select. Look in the upper right corner of your browser for this information. You only pay after the order is completed and according to the actual order duration .
In addition, there is a one-off booking and matching fee of €3.90 (incl. VAT). This fee is charged once after the first order for one-off and regular bookings.

We personally select all our helpers. Before activating their profiles on our platform, we verify their identity, their skills, and their business registration or tax ID number. Where necessary, we provide support with the registration process.

This means that they do not work for us and that all service contracts are made directly between you as customers and our helping hands. Helferei We act solely as an intermediary. Therefore, our helpers are responsible for complying with all relevant safety and insurance precautions for each job. For particularly complex jobs or very valuable items, we recommend checking with the respective helper whether the necessary insurance coverage is in place.

Secondly, we check the administrative side: We ensure that we record all important data on the tax situation (e.g. craft license) and insurance status. If important information is missing, we will either help you to obtain it. If this is not possible and cooperation by legal means is therefore not possible, we refrain from working with the person in question.
