Our domestic helpers will take care of the basic cleaning of your apartment or house - from vacuuming and mopping to surface cleaning. So everything stays clean and tidy. There is a note field in the online booking. There you can leave important details, e.g. the size of your home and what needs to be done.
It is important that you clearly communicate your expectations and any special requirements (e.g. preference for certain cleaning products, leaving out certain areas) when booking in the information field or at the latest at the first appointment. The domestic helpers will work according to your wishes and ideas.
Of course. Additional services include, for example, laundry or ironing. Both can be booked as additional options on our platform. If you choose these options, as much time as you wish will be scheduled for them.
A particularly thorough cleaning of the entire premises or selected areas such as the garage or cellar can also be an additional service. You should mention this explicitly.

As already mentioned, these are guide values. They may vary from person to person: For example, if you want a very superficial clean of selected areas in your home, it doesn't necessarily take 4 hours, even for 100m2. Deep cleaning, on the other hand, can take more than 4 hours.
Domestic help & cleaning services start at €23.00 (incl. VAT) per hour. From one hour, they are billed every 30 minutes.
In addition, there is a one-off booking and matching fee of €3.90 (incl. VAT). This fee is charged once after the first order for one-off and regular bookings.
That's no problem at all - the invoice is always based on the actual duration of the order. So you don't have to worry about paying for something you haven't received.

The invoice is only generated automatically after 24 hours, thereby triggering payment.
We have already worked with health insurance companies on an individual basis for customers. However, Helferei does not yet have a comprehensive reimbursement agreement with a statutory health insurance provider.

As a matter of principle, we select all our helpers personally.
On the one hand, we look at the individual person: Before we activate a profile on our platform, we not only check the identity of the helpers, but also their talents and experience. Especially in the area of domestic help, we ask for relevant previous experience. This allows us to match our helpers with our customers at any time with a clear conscience. For example, if someone does not upload their own proof of identity, this person will not appear in our pool of service providers and therefore cannot be booked.
Secondly, we check the administrative side: We ensure that we record all important data on the tax situation (e.g. craft license) and insurance status. If important information is missing, we will either help you to obtain it. If this is not possible and cooperation by legal means is therefore not possible, we refrain from working with the person in question.
